2007 Schedule of Events

The schedule will be changing slightly to make room for the extra Soph Boys 400 race and to eliminate a couple of "b" relays we had last year.  It will not change the timing significantly, but it will slightly.  We will run upto 20minutes ahead of schedule if possible!

COACHES PLEASE READ! This year entries will only be accepted via e-mail with the excel spread sheet above. Please make sure to list distances as 28-07.75, 7-06, 12-06 etc. For track events, all entries must be automatic times to the hundredth ID: 11.24. For all hand times add .24 to races 300 and below and .14 to all races 400 and above! If you don't know how to use excel, please feel free to call.

Make sure you download the excel file and save it to your hardrive. As you fill in the entry information, please save often. After you finish all of your entries save the spreadsheet again and attach it to an e-mail to vaqtrack@yahoo.com. I will send you an e-mail confirming that I received the entries.

This years San Diego Frosh-Soph Meet of Future Champions is scheduled for April 28, 2007. The meet will return PERMANENTLY to El Capitan high school and our new 8 lane all-weather surface. Further meet information will be available on this website in the near future.
